All kinds! we treat both acute and chronic orthopedic injuries,ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation to long-term conditions, such as spinal stenosis.

Yes. We have extensive experience working with Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and other neurological conditions.

Our patients range from youth athletes to seniors in their 90s.

What if I don’t have a specific injury?
There are plenty of ways that physical therapy can benefit you, even if you don’t have a specific injury. That may include improving your overall strength and flexibility, your athletic performance, or your balance, gait, and posture.

Can you do physical therapy for osteoporosis?
Yes. Research shows that weight-bearing activity can help slow the progression of osteoporosis. We safely guide patients through exercises that promote maintaining bone density.

All sports. We will assess any injuries and consider your goals to tailor a sport-specific program for you.

Yes! We’ve had success helping runners and triathletes get back up-to-speed, as well as develop programs for them to crush their next PR.

Yes, we have training with youth sports injuries and the best ways to get your kids back into competition safely.

Yes, as a mother myself, I’m attuned to what is needed to safely prepare your body for childbirth, and the best ways to get back in-shape and feeling like yourself again afterward.

What neighborhoods of NYC do you work in?
We primarily see patients in-person on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, but schedule virtual appointments with patients from anywhere.

Do you work virtually?​
Yes. Our one-on-one video sessions are very popular!

Do you make house calls?
Yes. We can schedule appointments in your home, depending on location.

What are your hours?
We work on weekdays from 9am to 5pm, as well as some early mornings and late evenings.

Do you work weekends?
We work Saturday mornings from 9am to 12pm.

Do you take insurance?
We take some health insurance plans. Fill out the insurance form on our site to find out what coverage you might have.

Do you need a doctor's referral?
No, you do not need a doctor’s referral to receive treatment from us.

How long is each appointment?
Each appointment is 55 minutes, regardless of in-person or online.

Do you see multiple patients at once?
No, all of our patients receive one-on-one care for the entire session.
